From June 4–7, 2026, Caribbean Carnival vibes take over Munich.
Munich Carnival stands for inclusion, diversity, and the joy of coming together. Inspired by the world-famous Carnival of Trinidad and Tobago, we bring the spirit of Caribbean Carnival to Munich while celebrating the cultural influences of Latin America and Africa that have helped shape it.
This is about more than music and costumes. It is about creating space for real cultural expression, shared experience, and community. In the spirit of Berlin’s Karneval der Kulturen, Munich Carnival turns the city into a stage for rhythm, movement, color, and connection.
With J’Ouvert, the Bacchanal Express, our legendary rooftop party, and a vibrant road parade, Munich Carnival is a true celebration of freedom, energy, and togetherness.

Munich Carnival brings the road, the rhythm, and the spirit of Carnival to the city for four unforgettable days. Expect soca, costumes, dance, workshops, J’Ouvert, and a vibrant parade, plus the Bacchanal Express carrying the energy through Munich.
From early-morning paint and powder at J’Ouvert to our legendary rooftop party and the big road experience through the city, this is a weekend shaped by the freedom, creativity, and togetherness that define Caribbean Carnival.
